What is water TDS?
TDS stands for Total Dissolved Solids - the combined amount of minerals dissolved in your water, measured in mg/L. Low TDS tastes soft and light, while high TDS tastes rich and complex. Water Sommelier reads the TDS of any bottle so you know exactly what you are drinking.
What does water pH mean?
pH measures how acidic or alkaline your water is on a scale from 0 to 14, where 7 is neutral. Most premium waters sit between 6.5 and 8, while volcanic waters can reach 9 or higher. Scanning a bottle reveals its pH instantly.
